An exploration of the many diverse writers and genres that flourished during the Middle Ages. Genres might include romance, allegory, visionary works and dramas. Writers might include William Langland, Sir Thomas Malory, Margery Kempe, and Julian of Norwich. Typically, this course does not include works by Chaucer. Exclusions: EN352*.
